The First Assembly Church Master Plan

Image of a Master Plan we completed for a church group to assist them on their long term planning. The First Church in Laurens SC while currently in a smaller facility that will remain and change uses on the site it sits on +/- 8.4 Acres. This plan shows a long term development plan as part of a projected growth. A large building for a shared fellowship hall and gymnasium space, with nursery and classrooms in the horizontal cross area, and future sanctuary to seat +/- 475 people. The existing sanctuary becomes a youth church, and the existing fellowship hall becomes a children's church, outdoor amphitheater for Christian concert and movie night, and then across the street is planned for outreach facilities, with storage, community meetings and SRO facilities.
