Rose Court Farms, llc
Another exciting series of projects we are working on, starting with the masterplan for a 200 acre horse farm and equestrian center. Located adjacent to a prominent area of Summerville, SC this is a Master Plan for the revisions and expansion of an existing 200 acre family owned horse farm that has been in their family since 1905. Part of the Masterplan includes rework of existing facilities, land clearing for additional boarding Paddocks and Boarding barns, Trail barn, improved trails, covered Dressage Arena, new Shop facilities, Covered trailer parking, Covered Arena, Lighted Arena, as well as a large enclosed full Equestrian Center, updated circulation and main entrance, private residence, and caretakers residence

Master plan layout for the first six of what may be up to 36 single family home sites near Santee SC just off of Lake Marion.
Polly Landing Cottage Site
One version of a Master plan layout for a parcel to maximize fee simple cottage lot sites with detached garages that work around as many existing trees as possible, located near Santee SC just off of Lake Marion.

One version of a Master plan layout for a lakefront parcel to include a resort style village green with cottages either side a franchise hotel community pool and reaction space, gathering area, docks, and a restaurant. There is also additional parking located nearby off site, located near Santee SC on Lake Marion.

Lakefield Master Plan
Worked on while employed at MSA Architects Location: Moorseville, NC This Master Plan was for a +/-100 acre property. This was a larger paster plan for a series of Flex, Office, and Retail buildings. The first five Flex buildings were completed at the same time.
