Private Residence in Salisbury NC

One of our Commercial clients requested our assistance with the design on their private residence. Client desired a French Chateau style home that is to be sited on top of a hill on their 190-acre estate. The residence will be mostly one story with a two-story portion. including the 3 car garage the home will be a +/- 7,916 SF estate home

Domino's Pizza Albemarle NC

Albemarle NC Corporate Restaurant Building. The 1,739 SF bld is a conventional wood frame construction build to suit corporate restaurant and upfit for Domino's Pizza.

Rose Court Farms Caretaker House

The caretaker house is 1,821 SF with a 796 SF covered porch area the building will eventually serve as a residence for the Farm's caretaker and is located near the new main entrance of the property to help monitor access to portions of the property as well. By hiring KW Designs for both the masterplan and the individual buildings our client has been able to have a smooth transition from large scale concept, to individual building designs, while maintaining a continuity of design and concept for each individual project needs cohesive with the whole property.

Rose Court Farms Caretaker House

The caretaker house is 1,821 SF with a 796 SF covered porch area the building will eventually serve as a residence for the Farm's caretaker and is located near the new main entrance of the property to help monitor access to portions of the property as well. Moorseville Domino's 

Under Construction Mooresville NC Corporate Restaurant and speculative Retail Building. Currently in construction Document Phase. A small modest ground up building Nearly ready for Permit Review Submittal. While on the books for a while it is our first ground up new build as our new KW Designs llc Company! The 3,200 SF bld will consist half of speculative Retail and half as a owner occupied build to suit corporate restaurant for Domino's Pizza. Dressage Arena

A follow up to the Master Plan for Rose court Farms is the first of several structures to improve the property is the covered Arena over the Dressage Arena. 105' X 230' Monitor style open structure is currently slated to be the first structure improvement for the property. With KW Designs as a single source for the Master Plan as well as the individual buildings our clients are able to maintain a consistency for their vision, and a single source for their needs.

Farm Shop / Maintenance Building

Along with the Dressage Arena will be the new Shop / Maintenance building for Rose court Farms. A simple yet critical structure for the farm for equipment storage and shop area for work projects. The masterplan for the property shows that this structure needs to occur at a particular time such as to organize all the storage and equipment from various areas around the farm into one area so other structures can be removed for an upgraded clean main entry to the farm along with parking for other new structures to come.
