Crush Yard Deck

The back deck and patio transformed a formerly vacant loading dock area into an continuation of active space. This is a renovation of a formally vacant 37,000 SF space into a restaurant, bar, and indoor pickle ball facility as well as adding exterior deck space in an old unused loading dock area. The renovation also includes a +/- 6,000 SF independent mezzanine structure inside the space as well. When completed it will be a combination of restaurant and pickle ball courts with a back deck and patio area with additional outdoor seating and games as well.
