Finishing Touches. Work is nearing completion on two of our smaller upfits in North Charleston. Two tenant upfits and the demising walls between them were completed and permitted separately however at the same time and are under construction now. One is a vanilla box upfit and the other is a build to suit. The build to suite side has the tenant starting their move in and set up at this time. Keep posted for more to come from us.
