Vermeer, Charlotte NC

Attached are some renderings of Phase II of one of our projects (Phase I was a office renovation in the existing space) is a building expansion for Vermeer in Charlotte, NC. This 5,200 SF shop addition onto an existing 15,867 building with shop and office space will provide needed room for growth for Vermeer Charlotte after we renovated the existing space in Phase I to help allow that to be used more efficiently as well as update the space. both projects were completed as a design build project with Ranger construction.
