Blacksburg Commercial

Renderings we completed for a developer of an existing hold building in Downtown Blacksburg SC. The layout and renderings were completed to show how the space could be completed and finished out as a new restaurant and bar space to market to potential tenants. This is part of a larger downtown redevelopment plan with The Moorehead Group. First we visited the site and took Field measurements and pictures, recreated the existing conditions in CAD, then completed concept plans and interior elevations, from which we completed renderings.
