Masterplan Development

A couple of images of one of our Masterplan options for a mixed use development for a client in an undisclosed location. The site had a large additional parking requirement in addition to the development requirements as well as a desire to hide and parking decks. We stepped the development up from the residential neighbors towards a roadway. wrapped decks with retail with townhomes above as well as a series of condos and courtyard space on top of the main deck as well. There is also a full service hotel and restaurant bar as part of the concept as well. Additional details and location remain undisclosed per client request.
