Masterplan FortMill, SC

MASTERPLAN: Located in upstate SC there were a series of masterplans we did for a hotel client to see what could fit on a tight site with significant set backs as well as a 50'-0" wide easement which collectively had a significant reduction on the buildable portion of the overall property. That said we were still able to to squeeze in a 100 room hotel if it were to go up four stories.
