Masterplan Lake Marion

ANOTHER MASTERPLAN: Located on Lake Marion in Santee, SC. This is a Plan for a combination of owned and leased property on the lake. The client's desire was to have greenspace along with vacation feel for a hotel, rental cabins, open area, a restaurant, separate amenities for the cottages and nearby homes, dock area, and separate food shack for the amenities space.
