Goose Creek Shopping Center

Rendering options for the Goose Creek Shopping Center this is Building 1 Option "A". As part of a Design/ Build project with Gilbert+Lee Construction, this project is to complete a face lift on an old existing shopping center, located in Goose Creek SC. The center consists of two buildings, one at +/- 6,250 Sf and on at +/- 15,000 SF. We first completed a full field verification of both buildings and all the existing tenants for the client. This is part of the conceptual design phase showing three options for both buildings.
