Wappertaw Place

A few Renderings of one of our Residential projects, Wappetaw Pl. Located in Mt. Pleasant, SC this is an existing home that has a semi converted garage and a back covered patio that are existing. The project is to convert the old enclosed garage into a master bedroom suite that extends out into the covered porch area and enclose the remainder of the porch as a sunroom.
