\Adding a deck and covered porch addition onto an existing residence on Seabrook Island , SC. The clients had several different ideas they wanted to look at incorporating over time, so we first completed a master planning exercise where we looked at exterior as well as interior layout modifications to help ensure an earlier construction phase did not negatively impact a latter renovation desire. Phase I of the Deck and covered porch expansion is under way now.
