Small Sun-room and Carport addition onto a ranch home located in Goose Creek, SC. Our client had some set back restrictions that limited the box within which we could build out on. We worked to provide a sun room addition that extended beyond for a car port area as well as a storage building behind with covered walkways all under a single roof addition.
